Delivery
Every qualified image request is delivered within 12 production hours. The clock starts after payment, model approval, a confirmed brief and usable garment references. Production runs Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm WAT.
Rights
You confirm that you can use every garment and reference you submit. Every DrapeShift model is a fictional adult.
Portfolio use
We show your delivered work only with separate permission. Saying no does not affect your purchase.
Corrections and revisions
Genuine defects are corrected on every plan. Preference-based creative revisions are included with Flagship only.
Frequently asked
The short answers.
Do I need a physical shoot or to send my clothes?
No. Send clear garment photos or short videos and your creative direction. We create the model and campaign images remotely.
Will the images accurately represent my garments?
Clear references help us preserve the garment’s colour, construction, print, branding and fit. Any confirmed production defect is corrected without using another image from your allowance.
Can I reuse the same model?
Yes. Once your model is approved, you name them and receive their dossier. Use that name in future briefs to bring the same face back across collections.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. After full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide and exclusive commercial licence to your accepted model and final images. We do not reuse your approved model for another brand.
How quickly will I receive my images?
A complete new model and each qualified image request are due within 12 production hours. The clock starts once payment, model approval, a confirmed brief and usable garment references are ready.
Are videos available?
Yes. Flagship includes 24 videos each month, up to one minute each. The first watermarked review is due within 72 hours after the requirements call and confirmed brief.
